Sam, Said, and Chuck were great to work with. If you're willing to line up your materials and electrical and plumbing contracts, they will coordinate. We took a bathroom down to the studs and started over. The custom shower and tile work was top-notch. Communication was good. The timespan of the project was very good. We went with our own granite company, but the electrician, plumber, and tile supplier from their suggested vendor list were all good.
This business in incredible on so many levels. They remodeled a hall bath, powder room, and kitchen for me meticlously and very quickly. (Note: The business only does bathroom remodels at this time. They agreed to my kitchen remodel solely because I was a return customer from several years ago when they used to do kitchens in addition to baths.) Provided an estimate of cost -- at a very reasonable price -- well in advance of the project. Showed up when they said they would -- early and on time every single day. Their workmanship is absolutely impeccable. Dust and a mess are inescapable for any home improvement project, however, all of the workers were extremely respectful of my property and made a lot of effort to cover the floors, minimize the mess, and clean up on an ongoing basis while the project was in progress. I also have to add that working with the proprietors of this business -- and their employees -- was an absolute pleasure. I give them my highest recommendation.
Mr. McDonald and his senior manager, Mr. Said, were a joy to work with. They used us to order and pay for subcontractor services and materials directly. As a result we spent some time dealing with those entities, but with INEX assuring the process was running smoothly. Finished product -- a shower replacing a shower-tub combo -- could not have been of higher quality. What's more, the overall cost of the project was substantially below other, respected bidders. Candor, integrity, even humor -- outstanding!
I did thorough researches on Consumers' Checkbook and after interviewing several contractors, I decided to hire Inex Construction to do a complete renovation of three bathrooms. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend the team at Inex. From start to finish, Said and his men were respectful, accommodating, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. My house was built in the early 60s and their were some work-arounds with regard to the plumbing and doors. Some of the sub-floors and sub-walls were damaged. Inex solved all of the problems. 2021 is the year of supply constraints. Several of the vanities arrived late from the manufacturers. Yet, Said was able to accommodate my project so that in the end, my three bathrooms took only two months to complete. The men even stayed late on some days and came on Saturday to get the job done. The tile works, pocket door, barn door, and accessory installations were beautifully done. All at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. I would definitely use Inex Construction for future bathroom remodeling.
Said and his INEX team recently completed a complete bathroom renovation and I am 100% happy with the results. From the beginning, communication with Said was seamless. Being a new homeowner and consequently this being my first major project I was hiring for, I had countless questions and Said remained helpful and prompt in his advice the entire time.
